Nearly 30 years ago, Hervé Fardel, a young Swiss entrepreneur with a visionary spirit, founded infologique after completing his military service and gaining valuable experience at one of the world’s most renowned technology companies: Texas Instruments.
From the outset, Hervé Fardel set a clear direction for infologique: to provide high-quality IT services with a single priority—total customer satisfaction. This philosophy is encapsulated in his motto, which has become legendary among his customers:
“We always make sure our customers are well supported.”
In order to guarantee this high standard of quality, he embarked on a rigorous certification process. This process involved obtaining high-level Microsoft accreditations and undergoing training in project management, ITIL standards, and IT security. This consolidated the company’s expertise. This proactive approach enabled infologique to anticipate developments in the sector and meet the growing expectations of its customers, particularly in areas critical to SMEs.

Today, a new chapter is being written in the history of infologique: the company is joining forces with its partner Boco Prime, which has extensive expertise and a multidisciplinary team, to reach a new milestone.
